NEW BLOG LIVE & SUMMER RECAP!

comments 13

Hi babes! As summer is officially over we can look back and say it was pretty AMAZING. Though summer in Bali is pretty much never-ending, we do have a special
thing with those summer months, because everyone is in a happy holiday mode more than ever and all our friends Instagram’s are overflowing with citytrips, poolparty’s, blue oceans and loads of sunkissed, smiling faces. (How was yours? Are you still flipping through al those summer pictures on your phone too?)

YAY: New We like Bali blog live!
Our Bali ‘summer’ did not only consist of chilling on beaches mermaid and surf in new bikini’s and being pampered in villa’s as it might look like on Instagram, we’ve also been working our bums off to design our NEW BLOG www.welikebali.com. We are so happy we can show it to you now!

What started out as a Bali focussed blog in 2010 evolved to include our personal style, photography, sunkissed lifestyle of living happy and healthy, surfing, interviews and traveling together other amazing destinations (from Hawaii to Biarritz and Los Angeles to Sumbawa.. and the bucketlist is still long!).

So here’s to a new milestone! We wrote a little not on this on our new ‘about us’ page:

The name ‘WE LIKE‘ embodies a positive mindset of focussing on the things you love and like. We believe this is an essential ingredient in (y)our journey to create and live (y)our dream life. ‘BALI‘ in the name started as just ‘an island’ but grew into way more than that:

“Bali represents a lifestyle of creativity, love, freedom,
travel, joy, health and counting your blessings
every single day!”

To reminisce our summer and relive the best moments we share some of our personal Instagram favorites. Thank you so much for following us, we are all in this journey together and we love to be connected with all you like-minded lovers of the salty life!

Share your thoughts on our new blog and your summer memories below! We’d love to hear you and get to know you too!

Love your new blog! You are my favorite Bali blogger. I was wondering if you can write something about new year celebrations in Bali. Where have you celebrated over the years? I’m struggling to find out what to do. Thanks ;)

Same here! Arriving December 26th and leaving January 10th. Wondering what to do for newyears as well. Also, what would it be that you would do/see in just two weeks? Also celebrating my birthday in Bali, want to stay in a beautiful/romantic (but not crazy pricy, $150 dollars per night max-max-max) place to sleep. Any suggestions? Let me know! Love the blog; it’s the perfect getaway at any moment I, well…want to get away (which is always). XX

Hi gorgeous, so sorry we missed out on your question here! Hope your planning a trip to Bukit (Uluwatu & Bingin are our faves!), Ubud for a day and Candidasa for two days; it’s beautiful and quiet (hide out in Pondok Pisang, amazing!) and surf, eat, chill and shop around Canggu, Petitenget and Seminyak for your last days for sure! Check out Bingin’s La Joye or Sun & Surf Stay or The Innpossible for your b’day – or a trip to Nusa Lembongan for your b’day is def the BEST, we do that mostly! Check out Le Pirate Beachclub, Tigerlilly’s Boutique or Batu Karang Resort. Let us know how it was! XO Pris & Eve

I just discovered your blog, you did an amazing job documenting your travels. I also went to Bali last week and enjoyed a lot. My booking was with the greatest good. They helped us a lot and guided very well to roam around the best places. My villas were booked in Seminyak, which I liked the most. The places are awesome. You can also try them.
